The Hawthorne Cedar Knolls Union Free School District is a Special Act School District located 30 miles north of New York City in the suburban Westchester community of Hawthorne.  We are a K-12 public school district that provides a safe and therapeutic environment for day students referred to us by their local Committee on Special Education.

Early Dismissal for Students at 11:30 am: May 18th, 19th and 20th

Due to the high temperatures expected for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, the district will be dismissing students early at 11:30 am.
